Reporting to the head of sales main responsibilities of the role will be to manage and coordinate the preparation of bids and tenders in support of sales initiatives for the supply of new rolling stock, maintenance, renovation and parts supply for existing rolling stock. Other areas to be covered will be to participate in the negotiation process with the customer. Ideal candidate will have a good engineering qualification preferably to a degree level, experience in Bid Management and vast knowledge of the UK railway industry and railway market such as train operators and suppliers. You must also be an excellent communicator, hard working and presentable.
