Regional Field Service Manager (South): My client, a multi billion diversified industrial firm providing integrated solutions to industries ranging from transportation and manufacturing to food retailing, construction and agriculture, is now seeking an experienced Regional Field Service Manager to be based in the South. You will be responsible for creating and running an effective and profitable Field Service Operations Team based throughout the Region.

The successful candidate will be tasked to drive the culture change, implement effective teams and raise the quality / performance of the staff by training, coaching and performance managing whilst introducing robust processes to drive long term efficiency in the Service organisation that is measured, managed and delivered. Resonsibilities will aslo inc • P & L accountability for the Region. • To fully manage and lead a team of Field Service Engineers on a day to day basis. • To ensure all Engineers are working to the correct Environmental, Health & Safety procedures. • Conducting regular Quality and Health & Safety Audits on Engineers. • Drive Quick win opportunities to improve Customer satisfaction across all Field Operations. • Manage performance through coaching and development, identifying the major stakeholders and creating succession plans for key roles. • Ownership and management of your own Professional Development You will be able to demonstrate the following: • To be a proven man manager who has worked in the field of a Service Operation. • Demonstrable leadership and people development skills • Appreciation of technical aspects of service • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of disciplinary processes and performance management of direct reports • The ability to deliver results • Possess good business acumen Performance and results will be rewarded in both monetary and swift promotion.
