Sales Manager required by progressive Fire and Security Solutions provider in UK, experiencing fast track expansion in what is very exciting times within the organisation. A Sales Manager is required to lead and manage the sales team, selling Fire and Security Service Maintenance Contracts, Technical Services, Mechanical and Electrical Services to Corporate clients across all vertical sectors. Role offers excellent remuneration and career prospects.

In this Hands On Sales Management position, you will manage a team of 5 to 6 sales executives, selling Service Maintenance Contracts and Technical Services and solutions, you will be targeting large corporate organisations, commercial property managers and public sector clients. Selling on Service and Value rather than price, you will work intelligently, communicating and influencing key decision makers and winning long term, multiple service contracts. The ideal candidate will have gained experience selling Corporate Services, sold on value proposition rather than cost. You will be an excellent communicator and have experience in sales management. You will be a Hands On Sales Manager and goal focused.
