Business Development Consultant - Staff Development Programmes and Training Services Sales: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Business Development Consultant / Sales Executive to join a leading provider of Development Programmes, Training Services and HR Solutions in the UK. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for new business generation, selling my clients' complete range of consultancy services to HR Managers and Directors within large corporate clients with deal sizes ranging from £30k - £200k. Services include: Assessment Centres, Development Centres, Development Progammes, Career Management & Training Services. The ideal candidate will have gained experience selling Consultancy Services into Large Corporate Organisations, with specific contact and focus with HR departments, HR Managers and Directors. You will have a solid understanding of HR processes and be an excellent communicator. This is a superb chance to further your sales career.
